Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
(NLP) began as a model of how we communicate to ourselves and others which was developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. This model explains how we process the information that comes into us from the outside. Neuro relates to the nervous system, Linguistic is our Language, and Programming is the ability to discover and utilize the programmes we run in our neurological systems to achieve our specific and desired outcomes. In other words, NLP is how we use the language of the mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes. NLP involves techniques to improve learning skills, to model excellence, to achieve excellence, to create a structure for communication, to be in control our state, to develop positive internal representations and much much more.
